Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
  • 5 years of Learning & Development experience, with 2 years in management.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and administration.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead leadership and technical training initiatives.
  • Skilled in building learning experiences for diverse global audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including to executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of career architecture and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated values in action: collaboration, innovation, and commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global learning strategy focused on leadership and technical training.
  • Lead design and facilitation of leadership programs for diverse teams.
  • Create and enhance technical training programs that promote functional excellence.
  • Drive organizational learning initiatives to support AI transformation.
  • Establish a scalable learning infrastructure for easy access to resources.
  • Collaborate with business partners to align learning with competence frameworks.
  • Communicate program results and insights to executive leadership effectively.
