The Manager, Learning and Development (L&D) is responsible for assisting our team members advance their skills and knowledge. In addition, the Manager, Learning & Development, will assess company-wide developmental needs to drive HR compliance training initiatives, while identifying, and arranging suitable training solutions for employees. You will actively search, creatively design, and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance. The Manager, Learning & Development, reports to the Sr. Manager, L&D and supports RDG University (RDGU). This individual will work internally with teams across RDG to build, curate, and support IT & HR compliance learning content and experiences, explore new learning methods and build both live and moderated learning solutions.
