The Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) is responsible for driving learning initiatives that align with strategic objectives and alignment across all Fleet training programs for Princess Cruises. This role provides regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders on project progress and outcomes. The L&D Manager partners closely with business leaders and corporate stakeholders to ensure learning strategies are aligned with business objectives. Success in this role requires strong project management skills and the ability to influence across functions, and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning solutions. Success in this role requires influencing, fostering collaboration and forming relationships with stakeholders, and maintaining a high standard of learning excellence. The Manager, L&D also supports the delivery of high-quality training aligned with Princess Cruises’ standards, regulatory requirements, business objectives, governance strategy creation, best practices (ADDIE), and framework to direct stakeholders. The L&D Manager is responsible for the following key responsibilities: Program Planning & Execution, Stakeholder Collaboration, Strategic Analysis and Continuous Improvement.
