The Manager of Learning and Development supports the execution of enterprise-wide learning and development strategies for TCHHN. In partnership with the Director of Talent Management and HR Strategic Business Partners, this role manages the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions that enhance talent capability, integration, retention, and development. The Manager leads key teams including leadership & team member Development and the LMS, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving innovation in learning practices.
