About the Role The Manager, Large Corporate Legal Field Solutions Consultants leads a team of highly experienced, attorney-level consultants responsible for driving value realization, usage growth, retention, and expansion within LexisNexis’ largest Corporate Legal customers. This leader will ensure the team delivers high-impact consultation, increases AI and ecosystem adoption, drives measurable revenue growth, and builds trusted-advisor relationships across enterprise legal departments. The Manager will also play a key role in advancing market initiatives, strengthening cross-functional partnerships, and positioning LexisNexis as the thought leader in Corporate Legal innovation. Success in this role requires a strategic, data-driven people leader who can coach elite talent, influence enterprise stakeholders, and translate market vision into execution.

Requirements

  • Have a JD or MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Have 5-8 years of professional selling or sales support experience; 2-3 years of sales management experience a plus.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective and influential working relationships across our organization.
  • Have demonstrated track-record of developing Key Performance Indicators and Metrics Reporting

Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing a high-performing consulting team , setting clear priorities, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.
  • Driving enterprise customer value and engagement by executing a consultative engagement strategy that increases solution usage and ensures customers realize measurable business value.
  • Supporting revenue retention and growth, partnering with Sales leadership to align consulting efforts with commercial strategy, strengthen customer retention, and identify opportunities to expand solution adoption.
  • Driving operational excellence and performance accountability , using data and performance metrics to guide coaching, optimize resource allocation, and ensure consistent execution across territories.
  • Influencing market strategy and cross-functional alignment by collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and senior leadership to share market insights, shape go-to-market strategy and strengthen LexisNexis’ competitive position in the Corporate Legal segment.
