The position is focused on implementing market-wide labor management and productivity improvement initiatives, procedures, processes, and projects. The role acts as a labor management resource for select market ministries in support of companywide standardization initiatives for routine labor management practices and other operational/financial improvement initiatives. The individual will own data integrity, analytics, and reporting for labor management for assigned market ministries and will participate in labor initiatives, leading labor management meetings to drive appropriate staffing and productivity outcomes.
