As a Manager, Laboratory Operations, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Oversee daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Lead readiness for inspections, audits, and internal walkthroughs Coordinate with Facilities, EHS, IT, and other departments as needed to resolve operational issues quickly Create and manage SPARC tickets to support lab and equipment moves, facility issues, and routine lab requests. Manage inventory and procurement processes to maintain adequate supplies and resources for laboratory activities. Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment including bioreactors, cell counters, metabolite analyzers, solution mixers, chromatography skids, pump systems and endotoxin analyzers. Collaborate with scientific lab leads to develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Support onboarding of equipment Identify operational bottlenecks and implement lean, 5S, or digital solutions to improve lab efficiency Participate in meetings and projects to share knowledge, resources, and best practices.
