  • Manage and mentor a team of quality engineers, driving performance evaluations and supporting career growth
  • Lead the development and execution of quality engineering processes and testing strategies to meet project specifications
  • Assess resource needs and perform capacity planning to ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Develop, enforce and monitor quality standards and procedures to ensure optimal product outcomes
  • Estimate, prioritize and coordinate comprehensive testing activities and create detailed test plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Spectrum to facilitate solutions and continuously improve processes
  • Implement metrics and reporting tools to track quality performance and drive improvement initiatives
  • Support internal and external customer issues, driving resolution and escalating risks when necessary
  • Function as backup for the Quality Engineering Senior Manager when required
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering software testing
  • 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Capacity management planning across multiple business functions
  • Experience in software quality engineering within a large-scale technology environment
  • Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvements and process enhancements in previous roles
