About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of IT Operations for our North American operations based in Perrysburg, United States, on a hybrid basis. This pivotal role will lead our IT infrastructure and operations program, ensuring the delivery of robust, secure, and efficient IT services across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Extensive experience in IT operations management, with a proven track record of success
• Demonstrated experience in project management and budget oversight
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• In-depth understanding of North American IT regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes and drive innovation
• Experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure and successful project implementations
• Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
• Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, data centers and telecommunications
• Manage IT budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and performance
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, industry regulations, and North American standards
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to align IT initiatives with business objectives
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators for IT operations
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
