JOB SUMMARY: The Manager of IT, Change Management will develop and evolve IT change management strategies to best enable the business and manage risk. The Manager will be responsible for leading enterprise ITIL Change Management practices, tools, curriculum, and operations for Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX). Responsible for change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan. Creates communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy. Track and report issues define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. This unique change management role will work closely with the Cyber Security function with a key part of the job being to evaluate Risk as it pertains not just to platform stability but also to Cyber, via a formal risk mitigation register.
