About The Position

The Business Intelligence Manager oversees systems designed for user and patient engagement, presenting data in a consumable manner that is easy to view and understand. Such tools include executive dashboards, care coordination platforms, population health analytics, and report writing. Directly manages members of the business intelligence development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a closely related field.
  • EPIC certification for assigned applications, or ability to achieve within 6 months of start date.
  • Experience with Epic system, especially Cogito, Healthy Planet, EpicCare Link, and Care Everywhere.
  • Three years of experience in a leadership position, or proven leadership skills.
  • More than five years of healthcare experience.
  • Project management experience required.
  • ITIL training required, certification preferred.
  • Security+ training required; certification not required.
  • ISC training required.

  • Master's degree preferred.
