About The Position

The Business Applications Manager manages and directs activities relating to business systems and provides input for the design and development of future strategies relating to the deployment and maintenance of business systems. The Manager also works as an internal consultant to develop consensus with business operations to ensure requirements are met by systems and services, as well as to provide a link between current state affairs and future directions by providing gap analysis and implementation plans and strategies.

Requirements

  • EPIC certification for assigned applications, or ability to achieve within 6 months of start date.
  • Three years of experience in a leadership position, or proven leadership skills.
  • More than five years of healthcare experience.
  • Project management experience required.
  • ITIL training required, certification preferred.
  • Security+ training required; certification not required.
  • ISC training required.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with EPIC preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
