Job Summary The Manager, Internal Digital Communications provides technical, production, and communications support across all internal employee communications channels—including SharePoint, Viva Engage, Viva Connections, Vimeo, EmailOpen, and Communicator—which serve over 70,000 employees daily. This role prioritizes expertise in Microsoft Office 365 (O365) business technology solutions and values experience or strong interest in product management and Agile methodology. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging O365 tools and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to enhance digital employee engagement and streamline communications workflows. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to recommend, implement, and optimize technology solutions, while staying current on O365 feature updates and best practices.
