About The Position
Fresh is seeking a Manager of Internal Control & Audit to enhance the internal control environment for Fresh Maison and LVMH Beauty North America. This role is pivotal in managing the annual LVMH Internal Control self-assessment campaign across all LVMH Beauty North American entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating existing rules and procedures, as well as participating in the design and implementation of new processes and policies. This position also involves conducting operational and financial audit reviews for Fresh HQ and its subsidiaries worldwide, contributing to the annual Major Risk mapping for Fresh Maison, and playing a key role in the fight against fraud and unethical practices. In addition to managing the annual Internal Control self-assessment campaign for LVMH P&C North American entities, the Manager will oversee quarterly rolling testing on key controls and share the results with relevant stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with other P&C SSC for Fresh Markets in the context of the Internal Control campaign and performing Internal Control reviews on specific topics. The candidate will be expected to work autonomously on the Internal Control Assessment, which will be reported to LVMH, and present findings to top-level management, including the Executive, Ethics & Compliance, and Audit Committee. The ideal candidate will bring added value to all departments by recommending actions to drive efficiencies and will develop strong oral and written communication skills to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable summaries or recommendations. This role is based in our New York City office and offers a hybrid working schedule with three fixed days in the office and two days remote.
