About The Position

In collaboration with the Content Hub Leader, the Manager, Internal Communications is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering strategic internal communications that engage stakeholders, support firm initiatives, and enhance overall organizational alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Communications or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in communications, journalism or related fields
  • Experience in professional services preferred.
  • Experience creating or editing multimedia content (video, graphics, etc.) in collaboration with both creative and business team.
  • Demonstrated creativity and capacity to conceive, draft, edit and bring strategic communications to successful completion.
  • Exceptional verbal, writing and editing skills using a variety of writing styles (e.g., corporate, narrative, storytelling, etc.)
  • Able to quickly learn technical and non-technical information
  • Skilled at creating content across multiple channels (e.g., Office suite, intranets, mass email systems, video scripts.)
  • Demonstrated ability as a self-starter to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at various levels and functions.
  • Strong interviewing and information-gathering skills, able to quickly get up to speed and engage stakeholders to get to key insights and messages.

Responsibilities

  • Content Development (writing, editing, quality control, publishing) - 50%
  • Develop content from initial draft through final delivery, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Oversee quality control and support review and approval process.
  • Owns project deliverables and timeline, prioritizing work and addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Plays key generalist role of firm communications Content Hub Team.
  • Collaboration with Relationship Managers (approvals, stakeholder coordination) - 25%
  • Will work directly with firm communications Relationship Managers to build strong content for large firm initiatives (e.g., Culture rollout, major service line initiatives.)
  • Work closely with firm communications Relationship Managers to execute communications plans, translating ideas into cohesive, high-impact deliverables (a mix of support and lead responsibilities depending on project needs.)
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and seeing projects to completion.
  • Other Internal Communications Support as Needed - 25%
