Integrated Go-to-Market (iGTM) is the connective tissue between Roundel, Target, and brand partners-designed to deliver cohesive, scalable, and high-performing marketing strategies across Target's most important commercial, seasonal, and pyramid priorities. Within iGTM, the Go-to-Market Strategy Manager for Seasonal & Category Integrated Planning is a strategic role that leads sales strategy development for Target's most important retail moments. This role combines strategic thinking and creative execution to connect enterprise priorities with guest insights, driving growth for Roundel through impactful content and marketing initiatives.
