The Manager of Integrated Marketing will report to the Director of Integrated Marketing and will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of holistic omni-channel marketing plans to support key initiatives and priorities. This role is pivotal in uncovering insights and positioning for the brand or category that will inform strategy, briefs, and go-to-market plans that drive business growth. The Manager will manage integrated marketing communications that support the brand, merchandising, and seasonal opportunities, focusing on both long- and short-term goals. The ideal candidate will navigate a wide range of marketing programs with ease, providing guidance across cross-functional teams. Integrated marketing experience, ideally with a background as a brand planner, along with consumer-driven strategy, research experience, and direct response or growth marketing know-how, are essential for success in this role. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including Merchandising, Creative, Channel Marketing, and Media Planning, to deliver quarterly and annual go-to-market plans targeting key customer segments and cross-category initiatives. The Manager will write messaging and positioning briefs based on insights from multiple data sources, including industry expertise, business objectives, competitive intelligence, and proprietary research. They will also manage relationships with internal creative resources, providing strategically grounded feedback during reviews, and serve as a liaison between marketing and merchandising for in-season campaign optimizations and campaign hindsight reporting. The role demands inspiring new thinking and creative strategies to establish Shutterfly's leadership position in the marketplace.
