Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and campaigns that drive awareness of IHG Hotels & Resorts and an assigned portfolio of brands, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals, brand positioning, and regional strategies. Your day to day Develop and execute 360 integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned channels (regionally and globally) Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated marketing plans, including Omni-Channel Marketing, Paid Media, Creative Services, PR, Social, Brand Strategy, and Analytics Manage cross-functional teams, agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution Track campaign performance, analyze data and metrics, and provide recommendations for campaign optimizations
