What you will do: Sales & Financial Reporting Generate and analyze MTD/YTD sales and gross profit reports specific to electrical product lines. Monitor inventory value, AP/AR balances, and credit card reconciliations. Identify and batch transactions with low/high GP% for review. Provide proactive business insights and performance updates to leadership. Operational Oversight Manage and validate sales transactions including SO/PO edits, overcommits, customer maintenance, and COD payment inquiries Handle credit/rebills and ensure proper coding and approvals. Monitor transactions >90 days and update or cancel as needed. Collaborate with sales to update ship dates or obtain vendor invoices. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely delivery and invoicing of electrical components. Branch & Asset Management Report and coordinate IT equipment disposal, Wasteology issues, and facility repairs. Track MHE leases, CapEx projects, and all branch facility assets. Ensure adequate staffing and update customer maintenance records. Maintain oversight of electrical inventory and ensure alignment with customer demand. Process and Compliance Apply correct codes and ensure authorized entry validation. Use UET to determine pricing or stock issues. Schedule and maintain dashboards for job/customer tracking and performance metrics. Collaborate with Materials Management (MM) on inventory levels and items with no sales >180 days. Customer & Internal Communication Send service/leasing invoices for approval. Address customer issues, shortages, and operational errors. Review productivity and set goals for team members. Understand customer needs and provide support for electrical product selection and availability. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, branch operations, or business analysis in the electrical distribution industry. Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and reporting tools. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally. Familiarity with electrical product lines, vendors, and customer applications
