This role is responsible for driving profitable new customer demand through disciplined prospecting, strategic spot bid execution, and thorough opportunity qualification. The Manager, Inside Sales owns all non-contractual opportunities and ensures that new freight is executable, competitively priced, and aligned with Fuel Transport’s strategic growth objectives. This position plays a critical role in generating sustainable, profitable demand, improving spot bid win rates while maintaining margin discipline, and ensuring all opportunities are properly qualified prior to handoff to the execution teams.
