Job Summary The Manager of Innovation and Product Integration (Hotel) drives continuous improvement and innovation across shipboard operations. Reporting to the Senior Director, Fleet Optimization, this role serves as the project manager for a range of initiatives that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. You will manage a diverse portfolio, including CapEx projects, procedural and system implementations, and strategic vendor relationships. By collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Nautical, and Technical teams, you will ensure our fleet evolves in strict alignment with the brand’s uncompromising standards for safety, quality, and hospitality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cruise operations, preferably within the luxury cruise or yachting industry
  • Proven experience in project management, including CapEx and budget oversight
  • Strong knowledge of shipboard operations and guest experience delivery in a maritime environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced operational setting
  • Excellent communication (fluent English), leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Support the continuous improvement of shipboard operations by operationalizing guest experience initiatives in partnership with Product Development and Operations.
  • Develop and refine procedures that enhance the guest experience and improve shipboard operations.
  • Serve as a key facilitator within the Yacht Experience Group, working between Product Development and Operations to prepare initiatives for operational launch, ensuring readiness, alignment, and clarity before fleetwide deployment.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure initiatives align with broader brand and hotel operation strategies.
  • Serve as project manager for optimization initiatives, with a focus on implementation readiness, operational adoption, and post-handover evaluation.
  • Oversee CapEx planning, budget management, and purchase order processing for all related projects.
  • Conduct frequent vessel visits and operational assessments to identify improvement opportunities and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and operational support to fleetwide officers to maintain safe, seamless, and memorable yacht-based operations.
  • Collaborate with shipboard officers to identify, evaluate, and implement fleetwide enhancements for nautical operations and bridge equipment.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to fleet optimization projects, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, and budget requirements.
  • Support the ongoing development and refinement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Partner with Product Development and Operations teams to support the operational integration of new technologies and equipment, ensuring appropriate documentation, training, and handover.
