At Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America (MBRDNA), the US Vehicle Integration team is crucial for establishing technological leadership in the US luxury market. This team drives innovation by translating US customer feedback into impactful propositions, focusing on software-defined vehicles and comprehensive testing across various domains, including infotainment, connected cars, E/E systems, and BEV/HEV charging technologies. Their efforts, along with supporting Mercedes-Benz North America vehicle workshops and operations, ensure a seamless customer experience upholding Mercedes-Benz's high standards. The Manager, System Integration Infotainment Testing will lead a talented infotainment project testing team, guiding system integration testing operations for North American markets. This role involves ensuring the seamless preparation of test vehicles, the availability of robust test benches and systems, and the strategic execution of test plans to deliver high-maturity software on time. Leadership will be essential in orchestrating the successful deployment and integration of cutting-edge infotainment systems, as well as collecting and channeling market-specific feedback from the team's test expertise and partners in Quality and Sales back to software development teams. The manager will contribute to department goals, and the development and implementation of new processes, standards, and operational plans impacting the Infotainment System Integration team's functional results. Training and guiding team members will be a regular part of the work. Beyond project delivery, the role involves close collaboration with Senior Management and department leaders to shape project management methodology, champion continuous improvement, and empower engineers in their career and technical growth. This position will initially be based at the MBRDNA Technical Center in Long Beach, CA, and will relocate to Atlanta, GA in July 2026.
