The Manager, Information Technology, oversees the organization’s technology operations, including hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity. This role leads the IT team, implements and maintains systems that support business operations, and ensures compliance with data privacy and security standards, including GDPR. The Manager, IT partners closely with leadership and cross functional teams to assess current and future technology needs, provide training, and support the company’s growth through scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions. What you will do here: Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and core systems. Manage the installation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle of hardware and software. Ensure data security, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures are in place and regularly tested. Lead, develop, hire, and train a highâperforming Information Technology team. Provide ongoing leadership through coaching, goal setting, performance evaluations, and regular team meetings. Plan, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage IT vendors, contracts, and software licenses, negotiating for cost savings and sustainable partnerships. Troubleshoot and resolve major technical issues while ensuring system reliability and uptime. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and support business objectives. Coordinate IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data protection regulations. Maintain and regularly update documentation related to the company’s technology stack and associated costs. Monitor security and compliance alerts and address issues in a timely manner. Lead security incident response activities, including triage, reporting, and audits. Manage corporate phone systems and related mobile technologies. Deliver handsâon and remote training to employees through documentation, presentations, and direct support on IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Partner with departments to communicate technology changes, improve processes, and support budgeting and planning needs. Support departmental technology initiatives through process improvement, creativity, and procedural guidance. Coordinate staff travel schedules to ensure adequate project and office coverage. Collaborate closely with the Vice President, Technology and AI on future growth initiatives, organizational changes, and corporate objectives.
