Responsible for overseeing IS implementations, maintenance of applications, and assist with building / maintaining a reliable and efficient computing environment. In addition to their application responsibilities, they are also responsible for directing associates in the support of information system activities within St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Adopts evidence-based leadership practices to consistently deliver excellent care to patients and department customers; Promotes use of the JTE framework and standard work processes with validation to sustain reliable outcomes. Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
