Manager Information Services Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location in St. Louis, MO. The Manager Information Services is responsible for managing the delivery of information technology services, which may include telecommunications, networks, or databases. How you will make an impact: Develops and implement policies. Ensures sufficient security safeguards to prevent unauthorized data access. Evaluates all directives, change orders, and projects as to their impact on systems as to cost and efficiency. Maintains sufficient control procedures and ensure complete and accurate data. Develops and implements new subsystems, procedures, and techniques. Management duties include hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and evaluating performance of direct reports. Collaborates with analytics business partners to determine data needs and corresponding strategies to ensure data completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and security. Evaluates and champions possible enhancements to data services and underlying environments. Oversees issue resolution efforts around process failures, performance degradation, and potential data gaps. Addresses risks and implements contingency plans. Partners with business, architecture, and infrastructure teams to develop service level agreements to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction. Mentors direct reports and other junior developers on coding standards. Aligns new and existing data/information services to evolving current state business processes, ensuring that all included business logic is accurate and up to date. Supervises others on developing data/information services for usability, reliability, and scalability requirements. Provides guidance on vendor/software evaluations and provides strategic direction based on those evaluations.
