This position manages the Information Services (IS) team responsible for the delivery of key applications and technologies that enable go-to-market trade strategies across the Away From Home (AFH) business area. Partners with the Away From Home business teams to understand and deliver on key commercial drivers and strategic plans. Develops and sustains strong relationships across all levels of the AFH Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Analytics, Equipment & Services, and related support functions. Manages a team of Analysts and Developers responsible for activities related to the planning, design, development, and implementation of the organization’s information systems and software applications in the foodservice space to drive effective business outcomes. Accountable for seamless delivery of solutions within the Trade Promotion Management, Customer Relationship Management and Field Service platforms. Applies leadership, influencing and relational skills to resolve significant issues as they arise. Oversees the collection of all IS demand from multiple cross-functional business areas and ensures that the demand is effectively prioritized. Develops and maintains relationships with key IS and extended leadership to facilitate the effective delivery of all IS enabled initiatives. Optimizes run model support to reduce reliance on IS for self-service tools and encourages automations that can limit support activities. Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron) Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires
