The Manager, Industrial Field Sales position will be responsible to drive the industrial sales strategy through the industrial sales team with clear goals, objectives, and customer targets. This position will be responsible to create long-term relationships with strategic headquarter accounts and work with the regions to further cultivate the opportunities at a local level. This role will be empowered with dotted line reporting to the industrial sales team to have input on performance and management of leads by the team. This position will lead the team on best practices, segment specific leads and disseminating information on changes in codes and standards. Industrial segments include, but not limited to, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Chemical Processing, General Manufacturing, Power Generation, Automotive, Mining.
