Position Overview The Manager, Industrial Engineering is a strategic, hands-on leader who partners closely with operations, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable engineering solutions in a co-pack and warehousing environment. This role blends technical depth, customer engagement, and project leadership to drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence across the network. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in industrial engineering, continuous improvement, and systems optimization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and plays a key role in both new facility start-ups and ongoing operational enhancements. This position follows all corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and actively supports a strong safety and compliance culture. Work Location: Onsite – Chicago Metro Area (hybrid flexibility when feasible) Work Schedule: First Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Work Travel: Up to 30 domestic travel.
