Jimmy John'sColby, KS

About The Position

This position is an on-site role based in Colby, Kansas. This is your fast track into restaurant management — and it starts on day one. As a Manager in Training at Jimmy John's in Colby, you'll learn to lead a team, manage food and labor, and run shifts at the speed Jimmy John's is known for. This is a paid, hands-on training program designed to get motivated people into a Shift Manager or Assistant Manager role and for the right person, even further. You won't sit in a classroom you'll be on the line, behind the counter, and leading shifts alongside experienced managers who will show you how it's done. Throughout the program, you'll be evaluated on how you're progressing. If you're picking it up and showing the right drive, you'll move into a management position and depending on your experience and performance, that timeline can accelerate. If you already have management experience, you may move through training even faster. We take care of the people who show up and put in the work. You'll get time off when needed and work in a store where the team actually enjoys being there. We're also part of a growing company, so for the right person, this role is just the starting point. There are additional leadership opportunities within our company for people who earn them.
