Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services
  • Work is performed both in office environment and field operations environments, which may require standing, walking on uneven ground (construction sites) bending, lifting over 50 lbs., periodically
  • Traveling and drive time between locations and job sites
  • strong leadership skills and experience in the construction or building materials industry
  • Must be willing to travel as needed for training and relocate for permanent assignment, as required
  • Be willing to travel <20%

Responsibilities

  • acquire the necessary knowledge and experience for advancement to a management position under the guidance of experienced professionals
  • comprehensive training will cover responsibilities in multiple departments, including warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, sales, and customer service
  • enhancing profitability and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • leading and mentoring staff

  • developing customer relationships
  • ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • acquiring comprehensive knowledge about the company
  • understanding all facets of branch operations from the ground up
