About The Position
A-1 Mechanical of Michigan LLC is seeking a Full-Time Manager in Training for an onsite role in the HVAC industry. This position offers an opportunity to develop management skills in a fast-paced environment, overseeing Sales, Production, Service, and Installation processes to ensure high-quality customer service. The role includes a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, plus performance-based bonuses. The company culture is customer-centric, flexible, and energetic. Day-to-day responsibilities involve gaining a deep understanding of HVAC systems and operations, shadowing experienced leaders for hands-on learning in Management, Production, and Installation, and coordinating with various teams while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
