About The Position
Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking motivated candidates for our Manager in Training (MIT) program. This role provides hands-on experience across key business functions and prepares individuals for future leadership roles within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership potential and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Complete a structured training program across operations, sales, and/or merchandising
- Support daily operations and supervise frontline employees
- Analyze performance metrics and assist with process improvements
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and Pepsi brand expectations
