The Manager in Training (MIT) will spend 10-12 months rotating throughout the Food & Beverage departments in order to gain a broad knowledge of the division. During the program the MIT will experience three Food & Beverage Division departments and will work all positions and all shifts and spend time during each rotation shadowing the department manager to learn supervisory skills necessary for each department. The MIT will participate in various Human Resources led learning modules throughout the program and at the conclusion of the program the MIT will be counseled on next steps for promotion into a supervisor or management role. This position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
