What Makes This Role Great: This position offers a unique blend of high-level people leadership and hands-on customer strategy, allowing you to directly shape the "consulting engine" of our AECO segment. You will have the authority to recruit, coach, and evolve a team of experts while serving as a critical escalation point for high-profile implementations, ensuring our delivery methodology remains the benchmark for the construction technology industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Technology with at least 5 years of experience in project management or software consulting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience, specifically in developing new employees and managing team performance.
  • Subject matter expertise in consulting principles, accounting practices, or construction project management.
  • Strong ability to work within a matrix environment and manage competing demands with high-level relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.
  • PMP Certification or experience with construction-specific accounting software.
  • Proven success in navigating complex data conversions and implementation methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing team of Software Consultants, fostering a culture of accountability and professional excellence.
  • Partner with Learning & Enablement to design rapid onboarding programs that empower new consultants to reach full productivity within three months.
  • Identify technical knowledge gaps and facilitate advanced training to ensure the team is proficient in implementing the latest product features.
  • Act as a strategic escalation point for customer needs, quickly assessing root causes and executing plans to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Resource Management and Director-level leadership to optimize workload, schedules, and resource allocation.
