About The Position

Where You’ll Work Located in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado. With four trauma rooms including the T-10 room, a dedicated field-to-surgery suite ready 24/7 for trauma surgeons and specially trained teams, our staff can provide life-saving care to the most severely ill and injured patients. Provides management and leadership for the assigned modalities and duties. Responsible for maintaining compliance with the operational budget and assisting with the operational and capital budget planning. Responsible for participating in the strategic planning and goal setting for all departments. Responsible for assuring the quality and scope of services provided in these areas. Provides and promotes a corporate culture that enhances the quality of care and customer service. Also provides leadership to supervisors and all Imaging associates, responsible for building and maintaining a healthy work environment. Sustains outstanding physician, patient, and employee relationships

Requirements

• Associate degree or program certificate, required
• Bachelor degree, preferred
• Current RN license or ARRT, NMTCB and/or ARDMS registry required.
• Additional Radiology sub- specialty certification preferred.
• CRN desirable for an RN
• 3 years experience in a leadership position such as a Unit Manager, Radiology Supervisor, or Team/Section Leader.
• Strong knowledge of financial and business aspects of imaging.
