Role Summary The Technical Enablement Manager ensures that the GTM organization is fully equipped to understand, position, and sell the product based on new features and updates. This role bridges the gap between messaging and positioning in Product Marketing, the technical how-to in Product Management, and GTM delivery in Sales Enablement. This means creating launch deliverables including hands-on, interactive enablement content that drives adoption and confidence across all OpenGov products with monthly launch cycles. You’ll lead the enablement structure and content strategy, oversee the Technical Project Manager, and own the GTM readiness process from a product enablement perspective.
