About The Position

Manage daily and ongoing compliance activities for NERC registered projects. Track and complete regulatory filings for NERC registered projects. Work with NERC Implementation team during construction phase of projects to complete project registration with applicable entities. Lead meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and more. Manage workflow for Compliance Associate(s).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles.
• 3+ years’ work experience in NERC Compliance
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years actively managing/supporting a Generator Owner and/or Generator Operator compliance program
• Technical knowledge of power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards
• NERC Operator Certification strongly preferred
• Additional knowledge of ERCOT, CAISO, and other ISO/RTO markets, State Public Utilities Commissions, and IA/PAA operational requirements desirable
