We're looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as a Manager, IE Labor Management Systems Responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of our labor management systems across multiple distribution centers. The successful candidate will ensure successful integration with existing WMS platforms (Manhattan, JDA and/or Blue Yonder), and maintain the system in a steady state to drive continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and cost savings. This position is fully remote This role is a People leader position

Requirements

  • Labor Management (MTM or MOST preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Distribution Operation knowledge
  • Ability to travel up to 75%

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on labor management and engineered standards
  • Proven experience in implementing PMTS/ELS (e.g., MOST, MTM, MODAPTS) and time-study methodologies
  • In-depth knowledge of Manhattan and/or JDA WMS and LMS platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new labor management system (LMS) across multiple distribution centers
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets for LMS deployments.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain engineered labor standards (ELS) using PMTS/MOST/MTM methodologies and time studies
  • Lead and mentor one Industrial Engineer, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between the LMS and existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically Manhattan, JDA and/or Blue Yonder
