About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Human Resources Manager to help us support and grow the incredible team of caregivers and staff who bring this mission to life every day.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s a plus)
- 3+ years HR experience; healthcare or nonprofit preferred
- Strong HR compliance knowledge
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Passion for community health and serving vulnerable populations
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and retention for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Champion an engaging workplace culture grounded in dignity and respect
- Support employees through every step of their lifecycle — Onboarding to development
- Oversee compliance, HR policies, benefits, and employee relations
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
