The Manager, Human Resources owns the day to day health of people operations and directly manages the Human Resources Coordinator. This role leads end to end payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, employee engagement, policy governance, and performance management. It also stewards HRIS and timekeeping data integrity and practical HR reporting. This leader sets clear service levels for HR and payroll, builds simple controls and standard operating procedures, coaches managers on fair and timely performance practices, and resolves issues with speed and consistency.
