Position Summary: The Manager, HRIS will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and management of Workday Benefits, Wellness, Retirement, and additional HCM responsibilities. The Manager will report to the Director, HR Operations, Systems & Payroll while working closely with HRIS, Benefits, and additional COEs.

Requirements

  • Strong management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, including standard and complex projects and tasks.
  • Must have strong functional skills, including Workday configuration experience.
  • Effective organizational, time management and communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team of professionals, manage employees and any employee matters that could arise.
  • Problem-solving skills are essential, as the HRIS Manager must be able to identify and resolve any problems that arise across HR systems.
  • Acute attention to details with ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all the Firm's and client’s documentation and information.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in HRIS, including systems implementations, administration, and HRIS team management.
  • Prior experience using Workday required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the functional lead for the Workday Benefits & HCM modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Administer health, welfare, retirement programs in alignment with company strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely on the planning, requirements gathering, scoping, design, prioritization, execution and overall successful delivery of HRIS Benefit related projects and tasks.
  • Partner regularly with cross-functional COEs including Benefits, Payroll, and additional teams to ensure seamless data flow and systems integrations.
  • Consistently develop recommendations to further evolve HR systems by maximizing capabilities through optimization, automation and streamlining of HR systems and processes.
  • Manage and contribute toward HRIS audit efforts to effectively enable ongoing HR data governance and increase compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS defects, research business processes, recommend solutions or alternatives.
