About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Manager for the HR Solutions Center. In this role, the successful candidate leads Team Leaders and Associates across the HR Solutions Center, an HR Shared Services operation, including benefits, compensation support, workforce transactions, onboarding, leave administration, workers compensation, regulatory compliance, and policy alignment. The role provides strategic and operational oversight of onboarding operations supporting 12,000+ hires annually and serves as a subject matter expert in onboarding process design, compliance, systems integration, and high-volume workforce clearance management. Partnering with HRSC leadership, this leader translates enterprise priorities into measurable operational execution grounded in data, risk awareness, and service excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR operations or shared services experience, including leadership in a complex, high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Team Leaders and frontline staff.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into operational execution supported by data and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical capability and experience using dashboards and reporting tools to drive decision-making.
  • Subject matter expertise in enterprise onboarding operations, including high-volume workforce clearance, compliance oversight, and systems-enabled workflow design.
  • Experience in process governance, documentation standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a regulated environment requiring compliance and risk management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to HRSC strategic priorities and multi-year roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Translate strategy into operational plans supported by measurable goals, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Integrate and align service delivery across shared services functions to ensure a cohesive, scalable operating model.
  • Identify cross-functional risks, interdependencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex matters requiring enterprise judgment and regulatory awareness.
  • Use data, metrics and trend analysis to inform decisions, resource allocation, and service model evolution.
  • Lead and develop Team Leaders and Associates within a high-volume, complex environment.
  • Establish clear accountability structures and performance expectations grounded in measurable outcomes.
  • Build a cross-trained, agile team capable of flexing across service lines.
  • Strengthen analytical capability and frontline problem-solving to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Provide strategic, systems, and operational oversight of onboarding processes supporting 12,000+ hires annually.
  • Ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient workforce clearance and onboarding workflows.
  • Monitor cycle times, volumes, quality indicators, and regulatory alignment to drive continuous refinement.
  • Leads strategic partnerships with stakeholders across HR, clinical and operational departments, Talent Acquisition, Medical Staff Office, Legal, Compliance, and IT to ensure a seamless, compliant, and timely onboarding experience for all workforce segments across the health system.
  • Own HRSC's structured process inventory and documentation governance framework.
  • Drive workflow standardization, recertification, and alignment across systems, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze service trends, volumes, and performance data to identify measurable improvement opportunities.
  • Partner across HR, Business, and IT to advance digital enablement and operational optimization initiatives.
