Global HR Solutions Manager, Commercial Gaithersburg, MD Human Resources Hybrid Work- on average 3 days a week from office The Global HR Solutions Manager leads a multi‑region team of HR Solutions Partners to deliver high‑quality, consistent, business‑centric HR across assigned SET areas. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, the role translates the Global HR Solutions Director’s vision and HRVPs’ people strategies into operational plans, overseeing HR processes, organizational change, and workforce solutions that drive performance. They ensure excellent execution of annual people cycles and enterprise projects, embed consistent standards, drive continuous improvement, and champion digital and AI‑enabled ways of working. The role owns SET‑level delivery of key HR processes and works with the Director to evolve the operating model and strengthen collaboration with HRBPs, HR Services, and CoEs. This role reports to the Global HR Solutions Director, partners with the VP HR OBU and SVP HR CoEs Lead & HRVP BBU and Japan, and leads 6 Solution Partners. This is a developmental stretch role offering exposure to complex organizational dynamics, senior stakeholders, and enterprise change. You will build deep business intimacy across SET areas, strengthen HR judgment through hands‑on workforce challenges, and accelerate capabilities in digital enablement, AI driven insights, organizational change, and advanced talent practices—preparing you for senior HR leadership.
