LyondellBasell is seeking a skilled professional to become the Manager, HR Reporting and lead design, development, maintenance, and governance of HR reports, and dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. This role will report to Director People Systems and Analytics and be a key member of the P&C analytics leadership team. This role oversees the integrity of HR data, partners with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, and business leaders, and ensures HR reporting solutions meet evolving organizational needs. This role combines people leadership with reporting capabilities: you will mentor and develop a team of analysts, interpreting business requests, leveraging multiple data sources, streamlining reporting, always advocating and adhering to legislative and Enterprise data protection standards.
