About The Position
NHHRC, in partnership with REJ Solutions, is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead program-level and executive reporting across large, complex client engagements. This role ensures accurate, timely, and stakeholder-focused reporting while partnering with cost, risk, and scheduling teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction, or Project Management
- Experience leading reporting on large or multi-stakeholder programs
- Strong knowledge of project controls, data management, and reporting tools
Nice To Haves
- Power BI, Primavera P6, Visio
- Advanced Excel and executive presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage reporting frameworks, workflows, and calendars
- Oversee program and executive reporting (CVSR, PDSR, dashboards)
- Integrate cost, schedule, risk, and earned value data into reports
- Ensure reporting accuracy, quality control, and on-time delivery
- Lead and mentor junior reporting staff
