Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience in fast-paced, global environments
  • Proven success in performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, data analysis)
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic change
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution
  • Collaborative partner and change agent
  • Data-driven decision maker
  • Skilled communicator across all levels
  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Shape Talent Strategy : Design and execute leadership and workforce plans aligned with business goals.
  • Drive Performance & Engagement : Partner with leaders to build a high-performing, motivated, and inclusive culture.

  • Collaborate Globally : Work with HRBPs and COEs across regions to ensure seamless execution of people strategies.

  • Own the Employee Experience : Support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—with excellence.
  • Manage Projects : Lead HR initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes.
