About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition to lead both our HR business partnership efforts and U.S. Talent Acquisition function. This high-impact leadership role oversees a Regional HR Partner and a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment of people strategies across corporate functions and multiple manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate is a strategic, forward-thinking HR leader with deep expertise in employee relations, leadership coaching, talent management, and talent acquisition strategy. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will drive organizational effectiveness, foster a high-performance and inclusive culture, and ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent to support our evolving business goals. This position is hybrid three days a week at our Corporate Headquarters in Rock Hill, SC

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree or advanced HR coursework a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant responsibility in employee relations, organizational development, and strategic HR business partnership within complex organizations.
  • Proven experience leading and developing Talent Acquisition teams, including workforce planning, full-cycle recruiting strategy, employer branding, and recruiting metrics management.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operations, with an understanding of the unique workforce dynamics and compliance considerations in these environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, with demonstrated ability to apply them effectively in real-world situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders at multiple levels of the organization, driving accountability, engagement, and high performance.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to leverage data and HR metrics to inform decisions and recommend actionable solutions.

  • Professional HR certification strongly preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR), demonstrating commitment to the HR profession and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions and oversee Regional HR Partner supporting operations across multiple sites.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure consistent policy application and compliance with employment laws.
  • Track and respond to employee relations trends.
  • Coach managers on performance and leadership capabilities.
  • Drive talent processes including performance reviews, succession planning, and retention strategies.
  • Promote employee engagement and contribute to an inclusive culture.
  • Oversee compliance audits and policy alignment
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function for U.S. operations, overseeing a small team of recruiters.
  • Develop and execute TA strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Implement KPIs and data-driven insights.
  • Drive process improvements and TA compliance.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a Regional HR Partner.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters.
  • Build a high-performing team culture.
