About The Position
Under the general direction of the Vice President of Hotel Operations, the Manager, Hospitality Revenue will strategically implement revenue management across all areas and identify new revenue opportunities while optimizing and expanding distribution partnerships. This individual will also act as a business development partner for the Office of the General Manager and will collaborate actively with key departments throughout Yaamava' Resort & Casino to maximize potential revenue opportunities. Additionally, the Manager, Hospitality Revenue will oversee the hotel reservations team. Will collaborate with the Director of Hotel Operations to ensure that all standards and policies are adhered to and in line with Forbes Travel Guide Guidelines. This position upholds the highest standards of guest service and consistently delivers results that contribute to the overall success of the hotel and spa.
