Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, program management, or a Chief of Staff–type role Experience managing websites and guest registration platforms Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills, with experience supporting senior leaders and executives Proven experience supporting high-level corporate events and hospitality programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information Hands-on experience managing event logistics (guest trackers, rooming lists, transportation manifests) Ability to manage multiple projects and communication streams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Experience building and delivering presentations Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including weekdays and weekends
