About The Position

In this role you will problem solve regarding patient care and concerns and assure that care is reimbursable. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Supervise staff and manage the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing team. Prepare and forecast budgets and strategic plans. Oversee quality assurance programs and ensure regulatory compliance. Interpret the mission and criteria for hospice services to referral sources, patients and community. Utilize current knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, MHB and other third-party Payor systems and utilizes knowledge for cost-effective patient care. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve concerns of those we are privileged to serve and report to the next level of management. Monitor patient satisfaction data and identifies opportunities to enhance the patient experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing - Required
• 3 years Nursing - Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board - Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association - Required
• Auto Insurance - Required
• Drivers License - Required

Nice To Haves

• 3 years Hospice - Preferred
• 2 years Supervision/Management - Preferred
